Ricardo Rivera Florida Licensed Real Estate BrokerI was born in Philadelphia PA in 1968 to a family of Puerto Rican descent. My family and I relocated to the Central Florida area in 1978. In 1992, interested in a full time career in the fire service I became a volunteer firefighter. After a few years as a volunteer I was fortunate enough in 1994 to become a full time firefighter for the Orange County Fire Rescue Department. In 1996 I became certified as a Paramedic and in 2003 I was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant where I currently serve. My real estate career began in 2003 as a successful million dollar producing real estate Sales Associate in 2004 and 2005. As a born leader I quickly acquired my real estate Broker license in 2006. My vision for a real estate corporation of my own, Rimar Real Estate Inc. was realized in 2007.
